Booking Your Picnic Start by browsing our picnic packages and add-ons. Select your preferred date, time, and location. Once you’ve finalized your Picnic Perfect experience, complete our booking form. We will respond within 24–48 hours. After all details are confirmed, an invoice will be sent. Full payment is required to reserve your date. Day of Your Picnic We will send you a pin with your exact picnic location and notify you once everything is ready. Simply arrive and enjoy your one-of-a-kind Picnic Perfect experience. Things to Remember Weather We closely monitor weather conditions for rain. Due to the value of our equipment and décor, we are unable to set up outdoors if rain is in the forecast. In such cases, we are happy to arrange an indoor setup or reschedule your picnic. During & After Your Picnic Please do not leave your picnic unattended. We will return after 2 hours for cleanup. Locations Our picnics can be set up at parks, backyards, patios, indoor spaces, and poolside locations. Beach setups are also available upon request. All experiences include custom picnic design and full-service setup: décor, equipment rentals, drinks, games, dinnerware, flatware, delivery, setup, teardown, and cleanup.
