Picnic Packages Planning your perfect picnic begins with choosing the perfect package for your upcoming special event. To learn more about how to reserve your event, check out the information below. Step 1: Inquire with Preferred Date Please send me an email through my contact form with the desired date, time, location, number of guests, as well as any add ons or special requests. You will receive a response within 48 hours to confirm if your desired date and time is avaliable. Step 2: Secure Your Event Once the date and time is confirmed available, a 50% deposit is due to secure your date. The remaining balance is due the day before your scheduled picnic. Your deposit is fully refundable given a 48 hour cancelation notice or if we are forced to cancel due to weather. If the full balance is not taken care of prior to the day of your picnic, I do consider that a cancelation. Step 3: Enjoy Your Picnic On the day of your picnic, please arrive on time, everything will be set up and ready to go! I happily take care of the set up, all coordination and clean up.
