PondeRosa Luxury Picnics & Events was established in West Palm Beach with a vision for providing unique outdoor leisure experiences to share with family and friends. Whether it's a beach picnic, park picnic, or a picnic in a backyard, PondeRosa brings it to life with a variety of themed picnic packages inspired by a passion for beautiful settings. Each perfectly curated picnic experience includes the following: • Event rentals and creative services from start to finish • Delivery, set up, and breakdown at the location of choice • Floor-style snack tables for guests to sit at (1 table per 4 guests) • A complimentary pastry box • A charcuterie box, enough for the indicated amount of guests (brunch board can be an alternative choice for an up-charge fee) • Rugs​/​tapestries​/​throws for under the tables • Plush cushions​/​pillows for each guest for floor style seating, Fringe Umbrella, weather permitting • Styling of all tables with table décor & styling of the surrounding area Individual plate set-up for each guest (cutlery, cup, plate, napkin), an ice bucket with ice for beverages. A choice of still or sparkling water and iced tea or lemonade, served cold. • Artificial floral arrangements are provided for decorative purposes only. (Fresh seasonal floral arrangements can be provided upon request for an additional fee, which guests can take home at the end of the luxury picnic experience.) *If flowers aren't a guest's style, PondeRosa can provide a decorative centerpiece to match the table scape and theme.
