Whether indoors or outdoors, we provide elegant setups for occasions such as birthdays, bridal showers, special date nights, family gatherings, and parties with friends. Our goal is simple—bring people together and turn everyday moments into unforgettable memories while we handle all the setup and cleanup. Every standard picnic setup includes styled picnic tables, beautiful table décor with faux flowers, candles and table runners, decorative plates, elegant glasses, cutlery, cloth napkins, pillows, blankets, picnic baskets and additional décor. We also offer seasonal and color styling themes such as dusty pink, blue, neutrals with green, pastels, black and white, as well as seasonal fall and winter themes. Specialty themes like Barbie Inspired, Bridgerton Inspired, and Spring Garden are available for an additional fee, along with custom designed picnics and tablescapes. Each picnic also includes complimentary fruit or cookies and sparkling water (one bottle per table), with upgrade options available. Reservations typically last 2–3 hours, with additional time available for an extra fee. Our packages include: One Table Package – Starting at $275+ for 2 people or $325+ for up to 4 guests (Tablescape only $160+). Includes 1 styled picnic table, full setup and styling, and a 2-hour reservation. Additional hours are $65 per hour. Custom designed picnic: $50 extra. Two Tables Package – Starting at $525+ for up to 8 guests (Tablescape only $320+). Includes 2 picnic tables with full setup and styling and a 2-hour reservation. Additional hours are $75 per hour. Custom design fee: $100 extra. Three Tables Package – Starting at $725+ for up to 12 guests (Tablescape only $480+). Includes 3 picnic tables, full setup and styling, and a 2-hour reservation. Additional hours are $85 per hour. Custom design fee: $150 extra. For larger events, picnics with more than 20 guests are $60 per person, while tablescapes for more than 20 guests are $40 per person. We also offer Proposal Picnics starting at $400+, Elopements and Micro Weddings starting at $400 for one table (up to 4 guests), and Wedding picnic setups starting at $70 per person for multiple tables. For tablescape-style wedding setups, Elopements start at $300 for one table, and events with more than one table are $50 per person. Additional services include catering upon request, custom décor upgrades, and travel within the first 15 miles from West Babylon, with an additional $4+ per mile thereafter. We also offer winery picnics at Pindar and Duck Walk Vineyards for a unique and scenic celebration.
