Wesley Sargent Designs is a luxury event design and popup picnic company based on Oahu, Hawaii, founded and led by event planner Wesley (Wes) Sargent. I built this brand around creating highly aesthetic and customized experiences, including romantic beachside setups, luxury poolside picnics, and premium glamping arrangements. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to collaborate with premier venues such as the Embassy Suites by Hilton Waikiki Beach Walk and the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina, helping clients celebrate meaningful moments in unforgettable settings. As my business evolved, I expanded my services into two specialized operations that reflect my passion for personalized experiences and heartfelt celebrations. Through Love Always Weddings Hawaiʻi, I now work as a wedding officiant and elopement planner on Oahu, offering customized ceremony scripts, vow guidance, planning support, and marriage license assistance for couples seeking intimate and meaningful wedding experiences. In addition, I created Oahu Boat Picnics, where I combine luxury styling with private maritime excursions. This experience includes private pontoon boat rentals, sandbar swims, and styled sunset picnics designed for intimate groups of up to six guests, bringing the luxury picnic concept onto the water in a unique and memorable way.
