Luxe Picnics Toronto offers luxurious picnic experiences for a variety of occasions, including romantic dates, group gatherings, and proposals. Our team handles all aspects of the setup and styling, as well as cleanup, to make your event hassle-free. Luxe Picnics Toronto packages include a variety of amenities, such as low picnic tables, styled tablescapes, rugs, cushions, candles, and tableware for each guest. Some packages may also include additional items or services, such as floral arrangements, graze platters, or champagne. Luxe Picnics Toronto can accommodate events at your home or venue, as well as in our preferred parks. Additional fees or charges may apply depending on your location and specific requests. These may include travel​/​gas surcharge fees, HST, or fees for specialty locations or setup requirements. All costs will be clearly stated in your quotation prior to booking. Luxe Picnics Toronto requires a non-refundable deposit to secure your event. If you need to cancel your event, please contact Luxe Picnics Toronto as soon as possible. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event will result in the loss of the deposit, while cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will result in the loss of the full payment. Luxe Picnics Toronto packages do not include food or drink items, so you are welcome to bring your own. Please note that some parks may have restrictions on the consumption of alcohol without a permit, and any gifted beverages that are consumed onsite at the picnic are at the discretion of Luxe Picnics Toronto clients. Luxe Picnics Toronto will not be held liable or responsible for any violation of these rules. Luxe Picnics Toronto packages include 2 hours of service. If you wish to extend your event, additional hours may be added for an additional fee. Please note that all picnics must be completed by sunset unless they are at a private residence or venue with ample lighting for a safe takedown, or unless a special arrangement and fee have been discussed with Luxe Picnics Toronto booking team and noted on your order. Luxe Picnics Toronto primarily serves the Toronto area, but may be able to accommodate events at locations outside of Toronto on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Luxe Picnics Toronto to discuss your specific location and request. Additional fees or charges may apply for travel or setup requirements. Luxe Picnics Toronto operates on a first come, first serve basis and recommends booking your event as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. Luxe Picnics Toronto recommends dressing comfortably for your event, taking into account the weather forecast and your specific location. You may also want to consider the occasion or theme of your event when selecting your attire. Luxe Picnics Toronto is happy to work with clients to customize their events to the best of our ability. If you need to leave the picnic spot for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible. The items at the picnic are expensive, and theft or damage can occur if they are left unattended. The deposit for your event is non-refundable, as we have secured the event spot and withheld it from other clients who may have wanted to book it. We offer our services on a first come, first serve basis, and popular times tend to book up quickly. We recommend booking your event 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends. For weekdays, we recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance. We reserve items specifically for your event, and other items may be in use for other client bookings. It is important to know your minimum guest count to ensure that there is enough seating and space for everyone. If you need to add guests to your event, please let us know as soon as possible. While we do offer some food options that are outsourced from other vendors, these options are not included in our event packages. If you are interested in adding food options to your event, please contact us for quotes. While we can host events at many outdoor locations, we do have preferred parks that are more accessible. There are a few parks that we are unable to host events at due to high traffic, safety, and liability concerns. We always try to find a quiet and shady spot in the park for the most enjoyable picnic experience.
