Our goal is to create a unique experience to surprise your loved ones with a beautifully styled luxury picnic gathering. Once you book, we take care of the picnic setup, food, and drinks so you can simply arrive and enjoy the experience. We have carefully selected 7 premium locations in Sydney, including Mrs Macquaries Chair, Royal Botanic Gardens, Kirribilli, Lavender Bay, Blues Point, Observatory Hill, and Barangaroo Reserve. Our Luxury Picnic Experience includes 2 hours of picnic duration with the option to purchase additional time. Each guest receives soft drink or juice, and you can choose still or sparkling water. The setup also includes an ice bucket with glassware, personalised message board, luxury cushions and rug, floral and table decorations, picnic table, cutlery, napkins, table runner, fairy lights for evening picnics, warm blankets, and Bluetooth speaker. Guests are allowed to bring their own alcohol (BYO) at no extra cost, or choose from our alcohol menu featuring champagne, wine, beer, and cider. We also offer gourmet food options from our Extras Menu, including Antipasto Graze Box – $90, Sweet Box – $85, Fruit Box – $85, and Six Course Luxury Bento – $230, which includes gourmet items such as mini beef slider, quiche, salad, cheese, fruit, and vanilla chiffon cake (vegetarian option available). Additional options include Kids Box – $40, Mini milk bun sliders – $55, Chocolate strawberries – $39, and Birthday cake – $50. Optional extras such as candlelight experience – $150, lawn games ($25–$40), flower decorations, bouquet options starting from $129, professional photography service – $349, acoustic music – $500, chair rental – $15, and shade umbrella – $45 are also available. Our pricing starts at $189 AUD per person, and is calculated based on location and number of guests. We also offer flexible booking options, allowing date and time changes up to 2 days before the picnic within a 12-month period.
