Hi, I’m Loryn, a 2011 graduate of the San Diego Culinary Institute and a huge lover of all things charcuterie. If I had to choose my last meal, it would definitely be a massive charcuterie board paired with a glass of wine—there’s truly nothing better. Picnic Grazing Co. was born from both passion and necessity during the global pandemic. When I was unable to continue my work as a cooking instructor at Tspoons Cooking School, I decided to turn my love for charcuterie into something special. That’s how this small dream started. Today, I create picnic boxes, platters, boards, and grazing tables filled with delicious favorites such as cured meats, artisan cheeses, house-made jams, spreads, and traditional charcuterie accompaniments.
