With a passion for vintage style, outdoor dining, quality food, and meaningful time spent with loved ones, we have grown into one of Australia’s largest picnic businesses, expanding rapidly across multiple locations. Our Vintage Picnic experiences are designed for groups ranging from 2 to 12 people, with small group packages starting at $270 – $350 AUD for 1.5-hour picnics, including gourmet or grazing-style food options, depending on the package. Popular options include 3 Course Picnic for Two – $350, Grazing Picnic for Two – $320, and other romantic or luxury picnic experiences across Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast Hinterland locations. For small group picnics (5–12 people), pricing starts from $440 – $550 AUD, with setups including low picnic tables, cushions, greenery decorations, crockery, cutlery, linen napkins, glassware, garden games, ice buckets, and music speakers. Groups over 50 people may use disposable tableware. Our Large Group Picnic services are available for 13–150 guests, with packages starting from $650 AUD. These picnics can be styling-only or include catering through licensed catering partners, with options for self-catering as well. We also offer Children’s Picnic Parties for up to 10–25 children, starting from $550 – $700 AUD, including themed tables, garden games, personalized chalkboard signs, cake stands, seating for adults, and optional extras such as soft drinks, grazing platters, birthday cakes, balloon arrangements, and party games. For weddings and private dining, we create intimate boho-style ceremony and dining setups for up to 40 seated guests, 60 mixed seating, or 100 guests in traditional picnic style. Additional event enhancements are available, including vintage arches, celebrants, champagne, flowers, music, lighting, tables, marquees, and photography, with starting prices such as flowers and bouquets from AU$80, champagne from AU$45–$100, and event styling items from AU$50.
