I provide luxury picnic setup and styling with the option of catering or BYO food, delivering an effortless and memorable pop-up event experience. My picnic setup includes rugs, picnic tables, cushions, floral and candle decorations, crockery and place settings, a speaker for music, a food table with ice bucket, and a welcome sign. Every picnic can be customised to match your event theme and personal preference. I handle setup, styling, and pack-down, so you only need to arrive, relax, and enjoy. A small booking deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable closer to the event date. Extra items such as games, chairs, and music speakers are available. Small Group Picnics Duration: 2 hours. Setup, styling & pack-down pricing: 2-4 people - $280, 5-6 people - $340, 7-8 people - $380, 9-10 people - $400. Catering can be added for $25 per head. Additional hour - $100 per hour. Large Group Picnics Duration: 3 hours. Setup, styling & pack-down pricing: 11-15 people - $35 per head, 16-20 people - $30 per head, 21-25 people - $27 per head, 26+ people - $25 per head. Catering can be added for $25 per head.
