Whether you prefer a morning picnic in the sunshine or a relaxing sunset gathering, we offer packages suitable for groups ranging from 2 to 80+ guests. Our goal is to remove the stress of event planning by handling setup, pack-down, and all event details so you and your guests can simply arrive and enjoy the experience. Every picnic is designed to create lasting memories, as we believe it’s more than just a picnic—it’s about the experience. We offer several package options including DIY Picnic Packages, starting at 2–4 guests for $200, 5–8 guests for $300, 9–15 guests for $400, and larger groups from $25–$28 per person. The DIY package includes picnic rugs, low tables, table settings, floral arrangements, lanterns, pillows, and Bluetooth speaker rental, with flexible location and duration options. Our Proposal Picnic Package starts at $450 for a 2-hour romantic setup featuring styled picnic décor, floral accents, grazing treats including cheese, salami, crackers, fruits, and chocolate. Optional add-ons include wine or champagne, romantic signage, and extra candles. Photography services can also be arranged through partnered photographers at an additional cost. We also provide Intimate Picnic Packages for 2 people, starting at $290, with optional food hampers, wine, and romantic décor upgrades. For Small Group Picnics (3–9 guests), pricing ranges from $350 to $450, with optional grazing boxes, games hire, and extra hours available. For Large Group Picnics (10+ guests), services are offered on a per-person basis, starting from approximately $28–$48 per person depending on styling and catering options, with group sizes accommodating up to 120 guests.
