We provide luxury picnic setup and styling with the option of catering or BYO food, delivering an effortless and memorable pop-up event experience. Our picnic setup includes rugs, picnic tables, cushions, floral and candle decorations, crockery and place settings, speaker for music, food table with ice bucket, and welcome sign. Every picnic can be customised to match your event theme and personal preference. We handle setup, styling, and pack-down, so you only need to arrive, relax, and enjoy. A small booking deposit is required, with the remaining balance payable closer to the event date. Extra items such as games, chairs, and music speakers are available.
