Planning covers all preparation leading up to event setup (day-of coordination not included). Event Planner & Designer (Corporate & Large-Scale Events) Starting at $3,500 Comprehensive planning and coordination for corporate and large events, including structured financial planning, vendor collaboration, custom design, and complete pre-event management. (Day-of coordination not included.) Event Coordination Available only with planning services to ensure smooth timeline management from setup to event completion. Event Decor & Backdrops Starting at $2,000–$3,000 Custom-designed décor including: Stunning backdrops Natural & faux florals Curated table settings Balloon installations Lounge areas Specialty carts Modern acrylic designs Custom graphic design Favor walls & welcome areas DJ booths, bars, dance floors & live activations Wedding & Custom Signage We design custom wedding and event signage, including acrylic welcome signs, table numbers, menus, dance floor graphics, specialty cart signage, and DJ booth displays. Clients can choose between print-ready design files or fully structured signage. Houston clients receive professional installation, and nationwide shipping is available across the U.S. Kids Events We specialize in magical children’s celebrations designed with creativity and detail. Planning services require a $1,800 service fee (vendor services billed separately). For families seeking décor-only options, we offer balloons, florals, kids’ tables and chairs, adult seating, bounce houses, and cocktail stations.
