As the owner of Eerie Outings, I want to share a brief overview of our journey and current status. Eerie Outings was a Chattanooga, Tennessee–based luxury pop-up picnic company built around a unique gothic and spooky theme. For nearly five years, we curated immersive, hauntingly fun picnic experiences that combined styled setups, local collaborations, and themed add-ons to create memorable nights for our guests. In early 2024, after operating successfully for almost five years, we made the decision to permanently close the business and officially “close the crypt.” Along with this closure, we liquidated all remaining themed inventory and picnic setups locally. While Eerie Outings is no longer active and we are not offering any current packages or services, the spirit of what we created still lives on. Chattanooga continues to offer a variety of alternative spooky tours and haunted experiences for those seeking similar themed adventures.
