Important Booking Details A 50% deposit reserves your date; the remaining balance is due 10 days prior. Clients are responsible for permits at public spaces. Custom designs require at least 30 days notice. Fees include travel, setup, breakdown, rentals, and styling services. Luxury Picnic Package 90-Minute Experience includes: Curated or custom design (custom designs may incur additional fees) Setup and breakdown (2+ hours) Rentals & decor: Low picnic table, picnic blanket, rattan Japanese pillow, soft pillow, candles for display, table runner, silk​/​pampas floral arrangement Tableware rentals: Charger plate or placemat, dinner & salad plates, utensils, goblet, and napkin Choice of water or sparkling water Cleaning and sanitizing before and after the event Pricing: Picnic for 2 guests starts at $395+ taxes and fees. Additional guests available upon request. Travel fees based on mileage and parking may apply.
