The Taylored Picnic Co. is a locally owned luxury picnic company providing one of a kind experiences in Dayton, Oh and surrounding areas. I offer three packages Taylored to your needs and preferences whether it be a simple picnic date in the park for two or brunch for the girls in the backyard. I will take care of all the small details and planning. Just select one of our three packages and explore our many add ons and I will Taylor everything to your occasion. Inclimate Weather: In Ohio the weather can often be unpredictable. In the event that we have to cancel due to rain or colder than usual weather, we can discuss moving it indoors or I will reschedule your picnic at no additional charge. If your picnic reservation time is delayed due to rain I will discount your services 10%. Late​/​Cancelation: Guests who arrive to their picnic reservation less than 15 mins late. Time missed may be added to your reservation. Ex. If you are 10 minutes late and your reservation time is 1:00pm-3:00pm your adjusted reservation time is 1:10pm-3:10pm. Guests more than 15 minutes late no additional time will be provided and reservation time will not be adjusted. Guests more than 30 minutes late will be canceled without refund or credit transfer. 24 hour notice is required to cancel your picnic and transfer to another date available with no additional fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice payment will not be refunded and picnic credits will be applied to another available picnic date. Food and beverage inconvenience fee of $25.00 if provided in package will be added on to next reservation. Reservation times may be changed at any time as long as the reservation time is available. Picnic Decor​/​Amenities: All items provided by The Taylored Picnic Co. are to remain at the picnic site. Ex. Decor, games, speaker, camera, wine glasses. If items are not returned in condition given you will be blocked from future bookings as a future host or guest. Amount of guests may decrease but not increase. Only the amount of guests discussed during reservation and confirmation will be accommodated for. We are currently not accepting parties larger than 6 guests. If the amount of guests decreases please notify me within 24 hours of your reservation. Food​/​Beverage: If a picnic is provided in a park setting, package selections are dictated by park restrictions. Any food or beverage left over after your reservation time is yours to take. Please discuss allergies or food restrictions of guests with me when reserving your picnic. I will try my best to accommodate last minute changes.
