Every picnic is uniquely curated, with no two setups being the same, ensuring a bespoke boho luxury style experience. Our Iconic Sydney Harbour Luxury Couples Picnic starts from $600 + GST (Saturday​/​Sunday surcharge $100) and includes up to 2 hours of styled picnic setup at Sydney Harbour locations. The package features a low boho picnic table or optional standard table seating, luxury rugs and cushions, crystal glassware, cloth napkins, china plates, floral and foliage décor, picnic props, personalised rustic signage, Bluetooth speaker, sparkling mineral water, and grazing-style catering including cheeses, crackers, olives, charcuterie, fruits, and chocolates. BYO alcohol is allowed, or we can arrange champagne. For group luxury picnics, pricing starts from $1000 + GST (for 10 guests, plus catering costs) with up to 4 hours of picnic experience. This setup includes boho tables, rugs, cushions, vintage-style glassware, floral décor, picnic props such as parasols, hats, peacock chairs, and Bluetooth speaker. Fun picnic games like boho badminton, giant jenga, pétanque, and croquet are available depending on space. Our Pop-up Picnic packages include Picnic for Two starting from $600 + GST with a grazing platter, bohemian styled décor, setup and pack-down service for approximately 2–2.5 hours. Picnic for a Few or More starts from $750 + GST plus grazing platter costs, with setup and styling for about 3.5 hours. Catering options start from $30+ GST per person and include grazing platters with cheeses, dips, olives, crackers, bread, nuts, berries, charcuterie, smoked salmon or vegetarian selections, and seasonal sweets. Larger food options, cakes, and high tea menus can also be arranged. Optional extras are available, including vintage champagne coupes – $3.50+ GST each, vintage teacups – $3.50+ GST each, rustic ice tubs – $20+ GST, Polaroid camera rental – $50+ GST, luxury champagne bucket – $20+ GST, bar carts – $50+ GST, and peacock or lotus chairs – $35–$85+ GST. We also provide wedding and micro-wedding styling services for events of up to 50 guests, offering arbors, plinths, garden games, teepees, marquees, and luxury rustic boho décor.
