Our Picnic Setup for 2 starts at $200+ and includes a 2-hour rental with picnic tables, rugs, pink and beige pillows, silk flowers (fresh flowers available as an add-on), candles, table runner, placemats, and plates, flatware, and water cups using real china, flatware, and flutes. Deliveries are available to your home or preferred location, and add-ons such as cake, teepee, balloon garland, fresh flowers, customized cake, custom place cards, and a boho umbrella are available. The Picnic Setup for 4 starts at $285+ and includes a 2-hour rental with picnic tables, rugs, luxury pillows, silk flowers (fresh flower upgrades available), candles, table runner, placemats, and plates, flatware, and water cups with real china, flatware, and flutes. Additional guests are $40 per person. We also offer themed experiences such as the High Tea Picnic Setup for 2 – $185, which includes a 2-hour rental with picnic tables, rugs, pillows, silk flowers, candles, table runners, placemats, plates, flatware, water cups, and tea cups with tea plates. The Bridgeton Tea Picnic Setup for 4+ – $385 includes a 3-hour rental with similar setup and additional guests for $20 each. Our Proposal Setup for 2 starts at $350+ and includes a 2-hour rental, picnic tables, rugs, pillows in your choice of color, silk flowers (with fresh flower upgrade), candles with holders, table runners, placemats, plates, flatware and water cups, plus two fresh flower arrangements that you may keep. Additional guests are $20 per person, with up to 28 additional guests. We also design Birthday Parties, Bridal Showers, and Baby Showers, with custom themed décor, guest tablescape setup, plates, chargers, cutlery (optional), cups, dessert table or stand setup, favors, signage, gift table, and optional balloon garlands and backdrops. For food and drinks, each luxury picnic includes canned still and sparkling water, and we offer seasonal French-inspired personal charcuterie boards with locally sourced ingredients. We accommodate gluten-free, vegan, and vegetarian diets, and optional additions include a mini cake, chocolate-covered strawberries, fruit boxes, or orange juice for brunch picnics. Our setups feature custom handmade low tables, beautiful rugs, plush cushions, blankets for each guest, conversation cards, and soft jazz music from a Bluetooth speaker to create a comfortable and memorable atmosphere.
