We specialize in full-service styling, event coordination, and memorable outdoor gatherings, allowing you to simply select your date, time, and venue while we handle the rest. Based in the coastal areas of Newport Beach, Costa Mesa, Huntington Beach, and Laguna Beach, we offer luxury picnic styling with location flexibility (travel fees may apply for alternative areas). Food is not included, but local restaurant recommendations or delivery coordination are available ($10 delivery coordination fee may apply). Guests may bring their own food; serving utensils and tableware will be provided as needed. Alcohol is not permitted in public picnic locations. Guest Capacity & Pricing Base pricing is typically for 2 guests unless otherwise stated. Additional guests: $50 per person, including extra place settings, floral styling, and setup assistance. Children under 3 years old do not require a place setting and are welcome free of charge. Maximum capacity: Low-profile picnic tables: up to 20 guests Standard table seating: up to 100 guests Pet-Friendly Picnics We love hosting four-legged friends! Notify us during booking so a fresh water bowl can be prepared. Puppy picnic experiences are also available. Styling Tips Neutral-colored attire photographs best. Avoid very dark clothing if possible. Weather & Location Flexibility Events may be moved indoors to a home or covered patio if needed. A bubble tent add-on is available for light rain or cooler weather. No refunds are provided, but rescheduling is available.
